Unfortunately, none of these reviews are accurate. I had the displeasure of working for these people and the guy in charge for my area, Jeff Menzel, is a fool who knows nothing about running anything. They hired me 3 months prematurely, had me sitting at a bare piece of dirt form 6 months (took them more than 2 months longer to complete the model home) and then had the audacity to blame me for there being no traffic despite the fact that they've never had success pre-selling homes in my area without a proper model home being complete. They didn't get the memo that real estate is highly regional and just because pre-selling worked in one area, it doesn't mean it would in another. Then, despite the fact that they pay you only a 50/50 split (because they provide you all this "great" traffic) you are REQUIRED to be at the model home certain days and times and are NOT allowed to do any other general real estate activities. Then, the aforementioned genius decided that we need 7-day coverage despite little proof that potential buyers are actually visiting the model home during the slowest 2 days of the week (Tue/Wed). And like any self-respecting business that experiences growth and adds a new hire, they decide to pass that cost to the existing employees by taking another fat chunk of my already joke of a 1.5% commission by making me and other community managers pay that new "floater" who covers 2 or 3 locations 0.25%. That was decided and implemented shortly after a lot of us were hired and now there are only 2 people left from the original 6 that started and coincidentally, those 2 people somehow never were forced these "floaters" on them in their communities. Out of the 6, they had a lady who was absolutely crushing it in one community and rather than allow her to enjoy the money and success for her family they forced a floater on her and in a short order forced her to leave because of difference of opinion with the new person. So like most companies in America, these guys want to have people make OK money but not great money. Rather than letting the original person make $130-140K/year in that hot development, they figured it was better to get a floater in there and drop her earning potential to $90-100 and pay the difference to the floater. It was absolutely sickening how "smart" these guys thought they were and how they convince people they actually care about their well-being when all they care about is about their bottom line. If I could leave zero stars, I would, that's how pathetic these people are.
